Title 10 and Title 14 Mobilization/Demobilization Information
Chapter 11 of the Personnel and Pay Procedures Manual (PPPM) provides pay and personnel procedures for reserve mobilization. Also checklists, guides, and information required to complete the tasks associated with reserve mobilization are provided.
Deployment Health and Family Readiness Library
This library provides Service members, families, leaders, Health Care providers, and veterans an easy way to find deployment health and family readiness information. Within this library you'll find access to fact sheets, guides, and other products on a wide variety of topics published by the services and organizations that serve you. You'll also find additional web links to other organizations and resources devoted to the health and well-being of the Service member and their family.
Mobilization Health Information
The DoD Deployment Health Clinical Center (DHCC) works to improve deployment-related health care. A portion of their website provides information on health care, tips on dealing with deployment stress and transitioning home, and a list of resources as well as contact information for reserve and guard service members and their families.
Reserve Income Replacement Program (RIRP)
The Reserve Income Replacement Program (RIRP) provides limited payments to activated Reservists and National Guardsmen if they incur a reduction in their civilian earned income.

To apply, complete the DD Form 2919 and have it certified by your Personnel Services Support Unit (PSSU). For service-specific questions regarding the RIRP, please contact Coast Guard Personnel Service Center via email at

Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)
ESGR, a Department of Defense office, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
