Title 10 and Title 14 Mobilization/Demobilization Information
Chapter 12 of the
Coast Guard Pay Manual (COMDTINST M7220.29C).
This Manual establishes Coast Guard policy concerning the pay and allowances of Coast Guard personnel.
Mobilization Health Information
The
DoD Deployment Health Clinical Center (DHCC)
works to improve deployment-related health care. A portion of their website provides information on health care, tips on dealing with deployment stress and transitioning home, and a list of resources as well as contact information for reserve and guard service members and their families.
Reserve Income Replacement Program (RIRP)
The Reserve Income Replacement Program (RIRP) provides limited payments to activated Reservists and National Guardsmen if they incur a reduction in their civilian earned income.

Medical Hold

may authorize Medical Hold (Med Hold) orders for reservists who incur or aggravate an injury, illness or disease in the line of duty (LOD) while on active duty orders greater than 30 days. Chapter 6 of the
Reserve Policy Manual, COMDTINST M1001.28
(series) provides additional information about Med Hold orders.
