Director of Operational Logistics, DOL

Under the general direction of the DOL, the Reserve Force Readiness Division (DOL-1) serves as the Reserve touch-point within Mission Support, addressing Reserve-specific readiness concerns and general administrative issues supporting approximately 1,000 Selected Reserve (SELRES) personnel assigned within the Mission Support organization. DOL-1 focuses on streamlining SELRES training and competency issues, optimal employment of all SELRES billets in their portfolio, and responsibilities of readiness monitoring.

DOL Reserve Force Readiness System (RFRS) staff act as the principal Reserve force advisor and subject matter expert (SME) for all
Deputy Commandant for Mission Support SELRES. They interpret policy, validate unit-level training and mitigate gaps in Reserve force readiness while focusing on streamlining SELRES training and competency issues, optimal employment of all SELRES billets under its command and assume the responsibilities of readiness monitoring of assigned SELRES.
