Job Title: DCMS TITLE 10 EOM CAP MANAGER

Description of Duties & Additional Information: Directly responsible for the management of 1164 reserve months in support of Enduring Overseas Missions (EOM), formerly Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). Track Reserve Month usage for all supported units; coordinate all Title 14, Title 10, 12302 and 12301(d) mobilizations and demobilizations in Direct Access; provide policy guidance to all DCO/DCMS units that receive EOM funding from CG-8.  Liaison between PSC-PSD-SSS and DCO/DCMS field units ensuring effective communications between the active duty commands & reserve  component (RC) members disseminating policy and/or procedural changes that directly affect RC members such as: COMDTINST 5400.1, COMDINST 1330.1, JTR, 3PM, etc; vet RC members who apply to DCO/DCMS T10 positions to ensure compliance with all medical and dental readiness requirements; validate and authorize T10/ADOS orders for DCMS RC members being recalled either voluntarily or involuntarily; monitor/track RC members supporting DCO/DCMS units who are consuming reserve months; monitor ADMIN OIX for solicitations and issuance messages for DCO/DCMS units; notify DCO/DCMS units of RC members who are approaching demobilization in accordance with CG policies; monitor/adjust reserve month allocations for units that have excess months; coordinate with DCO/DCMS units on T10 usage employment plans, and submit monthly validation reports to CG-DCO-84. Additional administrative support duties as needed.
